Trash Valet Service

Why take out your own trash when you have P.C.S.? Just sign up for our service using the link provided below.

Our Trash Valet will come and pick up your trash twice a week and take your trash to the cans for you.

Leave your trash just inside* the front door of your unit. *Please do not leave trash outside of the unit this is rude to your neighbors and also a breach of the Trash Valet Policy

Upon arriving to your home, our Trash Valet will look to see if you have placed your provided door hanger on the handle of your door.

If the door hanger is spotted our valet will knock on your door, if no one answers then he will open the unit grab the trash left by the front door
